My job has issues with employees who were given the courtesy to type their notes in forms I created from Word 2007 and converted to PDF and imported to LiveCycle for field placements, etc.
However and I knew this would happen. Apparently we have some workers who were still lazy not to type new notes for clients and instead decided to type a handful and then copy and paste the same information in a new form when they see the client again. I can disable or hide the main menu from Adobe reader with the customize toolbar but is there a way in LiveCycle Designer ES with a script where they can't right-click a sentence they highlighted and choose Copy. Is there also a way where if the sentence is highlighted they cannot do CTRL-C?
They need to be able to save their work but one suggestion was to take off the user rights so they can only print their work and not save it for later use to copy/paste.
Thank you in advance for any creative suggestions.
