Translating LCD forms

Thanks for the reply radzmar. That is a great concept and something I'm going to hang on to for future reference. This would be great once I had the form translated in how ever many languages I need it translated into. \

However what I am looking for is a way to get everything in my English forms that need to be translated into another language out from my form and into the hands of a translator be it Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch etc. and have them translate then I want to be able to easily bring it back into a copy of my English form replacing whatever is in English.

Since LiveCycle forms are XML forms I am wondering is there is a way to get the XML that shows in the XML tab out to a translator to translate.

I won't say this is impossible, but it definitly will need a lot of programming.

You will need a online translator with an API that you can trigger from within the PDF/XFA-form.
If this is working proper, then you can use a function (like in my example), that references all the field properties and returns the translated captions, text etc.
I think this can become very, very complicated depending on the form structure and size and it allways needs a internet connection.
