Are there tutorials somewhere for having data on the web in Access or Excel downloaded to a form posted on the web AND uploading the form data to the same or different databases/spreadsheets?
Or is it "simple" enough that someone could show the steps here.....
Is there built-in code for doing this since I'm clueless about coding?

You'll find some sample forms that show you how to work with data sources and how to do database lookups, etc.
