undo/revert fragment field/object

Could not find the info in the help file and didn't see this as an option with editing a fragment.
On my form, I saved/converted a group of fields to a fragment. This was multiple steps before and the simple undo command is not available.
I would like to revert that fragment back to a non-fragment. It is essentially 10 various fields that were grouped and saved. If it were MS Word the process would be to ungroup.
I erroneously changed it to an embedded field and that seemed to screw it up worse.
