Unlock Form after digital signature

I was wondering if there is a way to Unlock a form after the fields are locked - by the signer of the document, so that they can make changes if need be. Kind of like digital white-out?

I'm not sure, but I think that the signature field can be "cleared" by right-clicking it and selecting the appropriate command. But we are not using a lot of locking dig sigs yet, so I can't say I have ever done it.
