Unwanted subforms appear when made savable in Acrobat 9 Pro

I used Action Builder in LiveCycle Designer ES2 to create a subform that can be repeated by clicking on the "Add Unit" button or removed with a "Remove" button. Everything works perfectly--except when I open it in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and make it savable through the "Extend Features in Adobe Reader" it automatically adds 3 additional subforms. Does anyone know what is causing this?
