Use of Livecycle designer with Acrobat X PRO

I just purchased Acrobat X Pro after my 30 day trial version. When I downloaded X Pro, LiveCycle Designer was also installed. I enjoyed using LiveCycle with my trial period and was under the assumption that it too would come with my full version of X Pro since it came along with the trial version.
Since I downloaded my full version of X Pro, nothing on LiveCycle has changed. I cannot access "preview pdf", Tab Order Pallete, nearly all of the "Insert" tab, "Table" tab, "Layout" Tab and "Edit" tab. I paid $470 dollars for X Pro and was disappointed that when upgrading my trial version that LiveCycle was not as well.

Could someone give me an idea of what it would take additionally.....to get my LiveCycle working now that I have gotten X Pro?

Sincerely,

LiveCycle Designer ES2 is indeed included in Acrobat X Pro. We advise that users should uninstall any trial completely and reboot before installing the purchased download of any Adobe product.

The menu items on LiveCycle Designer only activate when they are appropriate, so for example when looking at a blank form "Insert > Current Page Number" doesn't show, as there is no place to put it. Create a text box, click to enter it, and those items will activate again. Similarly the entries under "Table" don't work until you create one.

Thank you for your reply.
I have done as you suggested and uninstalled completely, rebooted and installed full version. I have created my own form in livecycle but cannot still use my "preview pdf" under "view" or F5.
Again, I thank you for your advice.

You may need to have the Acrobat open before invoking the preview PDF.

I currently have the Acrobat open and am creating my form in livecycle. I wish to preview the interactive form. "Help" suggests that I select "view" - "preview pdf" or F5.

You should find it at least under C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES2\FormDesigner.exe.If not, Acrobat X setup either was customized and Designer disabled or there already has been a other version of Designer on your system when you installed Acrobat X.
