User Rights

Hi,
I've created an order form using Live Cycle Designer. I have applied User Rights using Acrobat Pro8. Only problem is through testing the form I've found that the Sumbit by Email button doesn't work on version 6 and below of Reader. I'm guessing this has something to do with user rights?? This form is going to be available to everyone in a large company (if I can get it to work!!) and I think most people are using older versions of Reader (e.g. 6 if not older).
Is there anyway way of applying user rights but still be able to have people using Reader 6 or below complete and submit the form?
Any help or advice on this one would be brilliant!
Thanks

Forms created with Live Cycle Designer can not be edited with Acrobat Pro 8 and vice versa.

Pick which application will be used to author the form.

If it's Live Cycle, then you'll need an Live Cycle Reader Extension license if you want to enable Reader rights.

If it's Acrobat, you can enable rights from the menu bar and run the PDF optimizer for version 6.
