Where did the forms library go?

I am attempting to creat a form from multiple existing forms. I have created a complete PDF with all forms in it. In error I have closed the library of fields. How do I get them back? Is there somewhere else I can access them other than the help dialog?

Are you talking about the Library panel in LiveCycle Designer? If so, press Shift+F12 or use the Window menu and choose Library.
