I want to play around with XML schemas in LiveCycle Designer to see how they work and also to learn about how to write schemas. Is there software out there that will aid me in writing schemas that I can use in LiveCycle designer forms?

Did you see Lori Defurio's tip on working with LiveCycle and validating XML against a schema at:

Yes I did. I tired to use Word to write a schema but ran into some problems. So I thought there must be some open source or reasonably priced software that will aid in writing schemas. I found something called EditiX XML Editor but I'm not sure it is the best one to get.

I haven't tried it myself but Lori Defurio recommended XMLSpy.
