xml to pdf extension

I created a form with Live Cycle Designer and am having issues when it is posted on our companies intranet. When someone clicks on the form on the intranet, fills it out, and clicks the submit button the person it is emailed to receives the form with an .xml extension and the formatting is all whacky. Is there a way to save the original form so that when it is sent through email it arrives as a pdf and not xml?

Thank you in advance for your help!
