14 Column spreadsheets display

In converting a large number of 14 column spreadsheets to pdf on a small bed scanner the spreadsheets have to be scanned in 1/2 sheet (cols. 1-5, 6-14) at a time. Any way to get these lovelies lined up next to each other in a single view after they have been scanned in to be able to see the entire sheet at once? Only have a single monitor, not a dual set.

Well one way might be to use the new File --> Create PDF --> from Blank Page in Acrobat 8 (page sizes for a new blank page can be set under the Preference menu). Next, you can use the TouchUp Object tool in Acrobat Pro. to copy/paste your scanned images into the new Blank PDF.
