ACE Exam Guide Acrobat 9 Error?

In the ACE Exam Guide for Acrobat 9 on page 4-5 (question 2.1) is asks:

You want to add a PDF document into the middle of another PDF document. Which should you choose?

A.Assemble PDF Portfolio
B.Document > Insert Pages
C.Document > Split Document
D.Merge Files into a Single PDF

and shows the correct answer as C. Shouldn't this be B?

Yes. In fact it was my first ACE exam in any product. I am going to attempt the InDesign exam next.
