I just started a trial acrobat.
 
The first thing I want to do is read in a beautify a report, but it won't read it in lucida console it changes it to times and therefore distorts the report.

Is there anything I can do, it also eats the lines between rows. Therefore, I get what is below:

Sorry, are you running a trial of Acrobat Professional? If so, what application are you using to create the Report? The normal workflow is to build a file in another application, such as Word, then use PDFMaker or File > Print and Print to the Adobe PDF Printer to create your file (with the fonts stored in the document).

If the fonts aren't stored in the document Acrobat will use substitution fonts (which may look like Times or Arial).

If you are printing to the Adobe PDF Printer, you may want to try the Setting High Quality Print, in Printing Preferences and Un-Check the setting Rely On System Fonts Only; Do Not Use Document Fonts. Here are some instructions that may help:
