I have hundreds of bookmarks and I need to duplicate them in the same document to make them appear in italian and english. It seems you can't copy bookmarks, there is a trick?

You can make a copy of your PDF, use the Document --> Insert Pages commend to insert the copied PDF, then delete the duplicate pages. The bookmarks will stay but not the pages. There is also a tutorial on this at:
