Do you know if there is an acrobat plugin that would allow PDF files created with Acrobat 8 to open with Lectora Publisher 5?

I have done this with previous versions of Acrobat and Lectora opend the files fine, but when I use PDF files created with 8, Lectora doesn't open the file or recognize it.
