Acrobat 8.1.1. update trouble in LiveCycle

I just updated Acrobat 8.1.1. Now, when I'm using LiveCycle, on the pdf
>view, it wants to take me to the actual "file" to view. Won't let me
>view it normally like before. At first, I couldn't even get the pdf

Try going to the Windows Control panel and check to see what application is designated to open .pdf file.

Also try running the Repair Acrobat Installation from the Help menu.

Make sure you've downloaded and installed all updates for Windows amd Acrobat.
