Does Acrobat 9 Bible by Ted Padova cover all versions of Acrobat 9 to include Extended Pro? It is unclear from the book descriptions I found.

It covers all features in Pro Extended and focuses mostly on that version. Distinctions are made noting features not available in Standard and Pro.
