Acrobat 9 Changing text in a file sent to me...

I need to change the type at the top, and i n the securities it says...changing the document..."Not allowed..

Anyway around this ...?

Acrobat is an not an authoring application. It has a text touchup tool but this tool is restricted to using the fonts available to your system and the form not being protected.
