I use Acrobat 9 Pro. I have a PDF file that is created by using a particular tool required by the Army. I want to take that document and insert 4 digital signature fields for the 4 individuals who have to sign it (myself included). We're using the US government Common Access Cards (CAC). I'm the only one in my office with Acrobat 9; others have Reader. Can I insert the 4 separate signature fields, and then forward it to the others for their digital signatures, or do I have to arrange for each person to come to my computer, login with their CAC, and then digitally sign the document? Thanks.

Yes, you can add multiple digital signature fields and they should be able to sign using Reader, but you will have to Reader-enable (Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader) the document as well.
