I use Acrobat 9 Pro. I have a PDF file that is created by using a particular tool required by the Army. I want to take that document and insert 4 digital signature fields for the 4 individuals who have to sign it (myself included). We're using the US government Common Access Cards (CAC). I'm the only one in my office with Acrobat 9; others have Reader. Can I insert the 4 separate signature fields, and then forward it to the others for their digital signatures, or do I have to arrange for each person to come to my computer, login with their CAC, and then digitally sign the document? Thanks.
