Acrobat 9 Pro. Compare feature page limit?

Hello everyone.

I just have a question regarding the "compare" feature in Acrobat 9 Pro.. Is there some way to bypass the 250 page limit for the compare feature?
My publication department works with large files (1000+ pages) and uses this feature regularly. In earlier versions of Acrobat they used to be able to compare the entire document in one shot.. now it seems that they have to split into many smaller 250 page segments in order to compare them.
Is there a way to allow Acrobat 9 to compare larger documents? Or should I just downgrade back to the earlier version of Acrobat?

Thanks.

So, I guess I'll just downgrade to version 8 get this feature back...

Any ideas on why Adobe would have changed this feature? It's pretty lame that they would reduce functionality in a newer version...

I am running into the same problem. How do I compare two documents that are larger than 250 pages? Other than using the old version of Adobe. NOTE: This is the primary reason why I have Adobe Pro!!! - Nice
