We recently upgraded to Acrobat 9 Pro (on a PC running XP). 2 weeks later we installed Enfocus Pit Stop 9. Immediately after the Pit Stop installation was complete, we were no longer able to open any files in Acrobat 9. They will open in Reader, but not Pro. Any thoughts? I'm at the point where I'm thinking I need to re-install Acrobat 9.
By the way, it's not recommended to have both Acrobat and Reader on the same machine.
