Acrobat 9.3/Adobe PDF Converter/MS Access 2007

Hello,

I've recently upgraded Adobe Acrobat from 9.1 to 9.3. I'm testing an MS Access application that programatically uses the Adobe PDF Converter to print documents as a PDF file and attach them to emails. Prior to the upgrade, all reports converted successfully. Now, all but one report convert successfully. I cannot find the problem with this one report. The settings are the same as other reports that print successfully. I've stripped out all code and fields from the report so I have just a blank page, with no luck. I've even tried renaming the report on the off chance that that might have something to do with my woes. A copy of the report does not print either. I can't get it to print programatically or even manually trying to print to PDF (error "[Application] couldn't print your object. Make sure that the specified printer is available."). It will, however, convert using the Acrobat add-ins.

I've tested this on 2 Windows XP machines (OS on which the Access DB and Acrobat 9.3 will be deployed to users) and this report fails on both machines, so I don't believe it is machine related. Also, I tested this exact report with 9.1 before upgrading to 9.3 (after noticing the issue on one machine) and the report worked fine prior to the upgrade.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Also, I have 9.2 selected as the product version as 9.3 is not available in the list...my issue is with version 9.3.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.2, Windows
