I'm running Acrobat 9.4.5 Standard in closed network environment utilizing internal authentication on Common Access Cards for digital IDs/signatures. Every form I have generate within this environment will not allow Reader to digitally sign it. Within Acrobat I can digitally sign it but even after setting the "Extend Forms Fill-in & Save" option a Adobe Reader (either v9 & X) will not sign it.
 
Appreciate the help.

Unlike Acrobat Pro, when you Reader-enable a document with Standard, the digital signature usage right is not included.
