Acrobat Catalog Indexing failed for some pdf

Hello,
I have a collection of pdf and created an index file (Acrobat 9 Pro). But some files were not indexed. In the index log file it was written that the file could not be opened, followed by the file name and -folde.joboptions.
Curiously, the same files could be indexed by using Acrobat 5!
What could I do that I can include these files within the index?

I used Acrobat v9 to index here is the log. Any one can explain please, I appreciate.

Question:

1) Why cannot open because pdf-Press Quality.joboptions?
2) files skipped : 29 ?
