Hi, I'm having difficulties opening any PDF files, and receiving an 183 - cannot create a file when that file already exist.
I've erased all temp files from Windows/Temp folder, but the massage still appear.

I'm doing a new install on XP and I'm getting the same error immediately after installation before opening the application. When opened, the Acrobat locks up my system. Any answers yet to this issue?

My adobe won't open at all.

Every time i try to re-install, I keep getting error message "Unable to create the temporary folder. Error: 183 – cannot create a file when that file already exists".

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing numerous times.

i get the error message at the last second of the install.

Any help please - am at end of my tether here.

PS i ran the windows install cleanup utility every time i uninstalled it to make sure the previous elements were completely removed.

Still no joy letting me re-instal the program.
