Acrobat Form has no love for Macs?

My form is finally working great everywhere but... saving form information on a mac. The information for my tester is there, but when she saves it and send it to me for review... the file is very small and completely blank. It still opens and looks fine to her. Any thoughts?

Known problem when a user uses "Preview" on the Mac and not Adobe Reader.
