Hi,

I've created layers in Quark, and tried to get them to flow through to the PDF I've made of the Quark file, but they don't.

They do work from InDesign. Is this just one of those things that I can't get Quark to do, or am I not doing it properly?

Yes, this is a known limitation of Quark. You will need to contact them to request the feature be added to their software...
