Acrobat & OLE Server Problem

In trying to print a Microsoft Access report to the Adobe PDF Printer, I get and error indicating that Acess encountered a problem in communicating with the OLE server. The report prints to a regular printer and I can get Access to create a PDF file using PDF995. I can even fax the report. In searching around, I discoverd that this error could be caused by Norton antivirus scripting software. I don't have Norton, but do have McAfee. I've disabled it, but the OLE problem persists. Any suggestions for a fix?

You'll find much better success with Adobe Acrobat when it comes to PDF creation. Clone printer drivers such as PDF995 are okay for simple document conversions, but at one time or another will experience problems.

Try to download the free Adobe Acrobat 8 trial program and try it for 30 days to see if it does the job for you. If so, then we would encouage you to look at purchasing Acrobat.

I'm sorry that I did not make it clear in my original question, but the problem I am having is with my copy of Adobe Acrobat 8. After encountering the problem that I described, only then did I turn to PDF995 to see if it would work where Acrobat 8 wouldn't. And it did. So, any suggestions for a fix to my problem?
