Acrobat Pro 10.1.0 - missing help files?

Does anyone using this version have help files appear by clicking HELP or pressing F1? Mine are missing, and my company is claiming the media for this version does not include the help files. And that I should download a PDF from help.adobe.com/en_US/acrobat/pro/using

Help should indeed launch when pressing F1 or choosing Help > Adobe Acrobat X Pro Help. This is an AIR application and does load from the online resource you listed, the files aren't stored locally: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/acrobat/pro/using

Once you view the help in your web browser, you can download a full PDF of the help files. Right-Click "View Help PDF" on the upper right corner and choose "Save Link As..."
