Acrobat Pro 9.3 Navigation problem - scrolling 3 pages at a time

When i use my mouse to scroll through a large document, Acrobat is only showing every 3rd page. In other words, if i scroll one click from page one it shows page 4. My settings on the navigation are "Show One Page at a time" and under View > Page Display > Single Page. I thought this may be a mouse issue but under my mouse settings I notice nothing unusual, and this is the only application that appears to be doing this (not MS Word, etc). If I switch to continuous it works fine but I really want to scroll by page. Any ideas would be welcome!!
Thanks so much,
Katie

Katie, you might try using the HELP > REPAIR ACROBAT INSTALLATION option. That seems to resolve about half of the issues I run into. It takes roughly 10-20 minutes.

I'm pretty sure it's related to a setting in your mouse drivers. Did it come with its own software? If so, look there.
