I just installed Acrobat Reader 9, but it will not open my .pdf documents on my website. It reverts to my Adobe Acrobat 6, and says it cannot open it but I must use Acrobat Reader 8 or 9.

The issue is related to having two disparate versions of Reader and Acrobat on the same system. Here is an tech note that may help:

Right click-> open with -> Choose default program -> Select Reader 9
Select always use the selected program to open this kind of file.Then click OK.
