All of a sudden, whenever I open a PDF in Acrobat, none of the
toolbars are displayed. If I then select View + Toolbars + Page
Display, all the default toolbars are then displayed for that document
only but not for the next document I open. Worse still, I can't get
the navigation panels to display at all - if I select for instance
View + Navigation Panels + Bookmarks, the little strip on the far left
with the Bookmarks panel's icon on it is displayed, but not the
Bookmarks panel itself. I tried renaming the folder C:\Documents and
Settings\Dave Rado\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\8.0, but that made
no difference. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
