Is there any other location to download a trial version of acrobat 9 pro trial? Just doesn't make any sense to not have available during a time period of the new version coming and unable to test or trial for various projects.

That's how it works I'm afraid - as you can no longer buy Acrobat 9, offering a trial version doesn't make a great deal of sense at a corporate level, just in case you like something in the trial, only to find it's changed or gone in the shipped version.

A trial of Acrobat X will be available very soon; everyone's working as hard as possible to get it ready.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the update. It is frustrating not to be able to install a trial Acrobat version on a client's machine in order to show features. Any idea of ETA for the trial version of Acrobat X?

There will be a Windows trial of Acrobat X Pro available when the Acrobat X Family is released, and you can make an educated guess as to when that will be by looking at the dates for pre-ordering (though nobody will officially confirm any such guesses). Until then you'll have to make do with the videos we have on here.
