Wait for an update to Acrobat 8.0 when it becomes compatible with Vista and upgrade your Acrobat 5 to Acrobat 8.

When I installed Acrobat 5.05 on Windows Vista Premium Home 32 bit an Acrobat Distiller was created in the printers folder. I cannot print to it to create a pdf. At this time I cannot create a new port for it to print to, which I have used as a workaround in the past.

When I print to distiller now, I choose print to file. That creates a .prn file. I start Acrobat distiller and drop the .prn file onto it and it prints a pdf.

A little tedious but it keeps all the advanced settings of Acrobat Distiller.
