Acrobat X and Reader 9 Problems

We have a set of reviewers. I create a 2-page PDF document and initiate a shared review through Acrobat X on a network server.

Some with Acrobat X can review, comments, and publish comments just fine.

Other reviewers with READER 9 cannot join the review. The can make comments, however there is NO option to Publish Comments.

How can the users with Reader 9 join the review and publish their comments

Sotho,

I believe this was a documented bug in Reader 9, that has been fixed through an update. Are all the problem machines on Reader 9.4.0 or newer? Another fix has been doing an install of reader 9 and a re-install. You can download older versions of Reader here:
