I have a user who is experiencing random Acrobat X crashes. Some background information... she had some profile corruption on her machine which ended up requiring a complete wipe and re-image of her machine.
Prior to the reload, she was having random Acrobat X crashes. We did the reload from scratch with no issues, installed Acrobat X with no errors and assumed it was good. However, the user called back the next day saying she was still having the same random crashes. I ran a repair installation from Acrobat X, but it didn't seem to have any effect. I haven't been able to find much information about her error, so I'm hoping someone here can shed some light on this.
I have a copy of the generated error from the Windows Event Log, a HijackThis log, and a copy of the Adobe System Information report. The user is running Windows 7 x64, there is no other Adobe software on the machine except AIR and Flash. I have run multiple MemTests and a full disk check to rule out those issues. Anyone have any insight or hopefully a solution?
