ActiveX control - launching Acrobat in Internet Explorer

when I launch my IE v6 and navigate to a PDF document, it opens in the window without issue. when I close the window, reopen IE and point to the file again it opens to the page I was on when I closed IE. Is there a switch or registry key I can set so the PDF opens on Page #1 every time?

There is property within Acrobat's or Reader's preferences to open "Reopen documents to last page viewed:" and you can select which documents this will apply to. See the complete help for more information.

Thanks for that quick response. I see that preference now. Can you offer guidence in how to un-mark a file so when it is recalled it is opened at the first page?

thanks again
