Add Header and Footer Window is too Large

My user community is new to Adobe 8 Pro on Windows XP SP2 workstations. We recently upgraded from Adobe 6 Pro. We are slowly getting used to all the changes. One issue I have been working on for the last couple days has to do with the size of the "Add Header and Footer" window. Basically it is too large. The size of the window can only be increased not reduced. Increasing the resolution monitors resolution will allow some users to see most of the open window but some of our PC's are old and don't support higher resolutions.

For the PC's that are capable of increasing the resolution to view the entire "Add Header and Footer" window, users are not willing to increase the resolution to the point of not being able to see anyting else. Are there any updates, API's or plug-in's that can be added to reduce the size of this window?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1, Windows

We are also experiencing this with one particular user in which adjusting a resolution is not an option. It would be nice to be able to shrink it to a size that falls within 800X600 screen dimensions.

Is there a way to shrink the header footer window so I can apply a footer to a document, this is driving me nuts. All I want to do is add a footer, but the window is so big it won't let me get to the bottom to click on apply. Any suggestions?

The dialog windows in Acrobat do not shrink to accommodate smaller screens, but the buttons are all in the tab and Windows ALT-key order, so if necessary you can "click" them without seeing them.

For the header/footer dialog press ALT+O to choose "OK", or ALT+C for "Cancel".
