Add Reader to cd

I am giving a form created in Pro 8 to a user.

I would like to include Reader 8.1 to the cd so that the user can install if necessary.

How do I do this? Where do I go to get that?

Also I am sure I need to include the end-user right's or the read-me file. How do I add that to the cd?
