I have a need to take a pdf document that has about 9 statements and setup a process where I split that statements into 9 different files save these files and tehn email each file to the email adddress that is in teh file how woudl I accomplish this. I was able to create book marks and each bookmark is each statement that is where I sit

There are several products that my fit your needs, depending upon budget, capabilities, etc. Some are Acrobat plugin's some are standalone products that do not require Acrobat installation.

While this could be done in JavaScript, in this case it may be faster/easier to purchase a tool.

A Google search on 'pdf split' will identify for you the vast majority of the players in this space. I cannot recommend one over the other simply due to the fact of your specific operational, functional and business requiremetns.
