I have a user who is having the following problems with Adobe Acrobat on a new HP laptop. He reports:

The pdfmaker isn't working. It says "missing PDFmaker files. Do you want to run the installer in repair mode"

Secondly my OCR feature isn't working either.

Any light you can shed on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Can you provide detail on your OCR error? Are you OCRing TIFF files?
