Adobe Connect

I am trying to set up access to a Webinar using Adobe Connect & I keep getting an "unable to connect" message when attempting to test the link. No one w/in my org can gain access (probably a firewall issue but I'm not sure. I was going to order Adobe Connect but I've got enough issues on my plate and don't need to stumble into another. Will I also have the same problem with AUC meetings if I connect for online meeting? I just got off an AdobeConnect govt users webinar with no difficulty.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8, Windows

If you have the proper URL and permissions have been granted for you to participate in a meeting, then you should be able to use any browser to see the meeting. If you have difficulties, first try MS IE (Win) or Firefox (Mac) and see if you can connet. If you experience some problems with a given webinar, check with the host and make sure you've been granted permissions. As you can see by your AUC Govt connections, you know you can sucessfully connect to a meeting. Perhaps something is going on at the other end.
