The Adobe PDF Printer doesn't show in the list

The Adobe PDF printer shows up in the list of available printers in MS Word 2007 but it doesn't show up in the list of my TablEdit application print dialog. TablEdit is a tab music program. I used to be able to print to PDF from TablEdit back in Acrobat 8.

Is there a way to get the printer to show up in the list? Even other apps?

What Windows OS are you running? Does the PDF printer show up in other applications (i.e., Notepad)?
