Adobe Presenter

I have 2 questions:

First: Is there any restrictions using adobe presenter. I notice everyone was using adobe presenter for educational purposes, but I like using this to advertise our properties on our website at VentureRealEstate.com I was wondering if I am aloud to use it for this purpose

Second Question: Is there any other way to create a form in adobe presenter. I know you can create a quiz, and I can probably turn the a quiz into a form, but I would then need the information sent back to me and I am not a computer expert to set up everything through moodle. Do you have any suggestions on a form besides create a link to a form on presenter?

thanks in advance
Nick

You can use Presenter to produce materials for any purpose, it's just that most people who use it are delivering some form of education. I've seen everything from simple image slideshows to entire project proposals delivered through AP.

The "simplest" way to put an interacting and web-reporting element onto a Presenter slide is to make the object in Flash, and embed that onto the slide - that way you aren't limited by Presenter's ability (or lack thereof) to send and receive data from a remote server.

See the tutorial here for info on how to embed SWFs into slides.
