After having created a pdf form and after having send this pdf to the customer by e-mail, the customer will complete the form and will send it back to me by e-mail by using a prepared button implemented in the pdf which will direct him automatically thru his own Outlook program. Do you know, if there exists the possibility to amend the text of the answering e-mail. Up to now this answering text is created automatically - I think by Outlook - but I want to personalize it with own ideas and remarks. Is there any possibility?
