Adobe Pro 9.0 - How do I convert page from color to black and white?

I have a spreadsheet with about 15 tabs that I print to PDF. About 10 of these tabs are in black and white already, 3 are in color, and the other 2 are in color, but need to be black and white in the PDF file (color is only to tell user where to update data in excel). Is there a way to convert these 2 pages to black and white, while leaving all other pages as they are.

I know that I can print to two different documents (one black and white for the 2 pages, and the other color for the rest) and then combine them, but there seems like there would be an easier way to simply convert these 2 pages from color to black and white.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Something to try.

Create a black & white (no color any sheet) PDF from Excel. If Adobe PDF is the default printer - -
Open the Excel file.
Click the Office Button.
Hover over Print and select Print Preview.
Click the Page Setup tool.
In the Page Setup dialog, click the "Options" buttom (bottom right).
The Adobe PDF Document Properties dialog appears.
Click the 'Paper/Quality' tab.
In this tab's 'Color' pane, tick "Black & White".'OK' out of the dialogs and close the print preview.

From the Acrobat ribbon, use 'Create PDF'.
PDF output ought to have all content as black & white.Be well...
