"Adobe Reader cannot be used to view PDF in your web browser....."

Receive this error when trying to download bank statements. Started last month. Bank can't help. Have AR 9 and Adobe Pro 8. Have received at other web sites, but not consistently. Sometimes error comes up, but it goes ahead and opens the PDF anyway. Any thoughts?

It's probably caused by running a prior version of Acrobat (version 8) on your system with Reader 9, which isn't a recommended configuration.
