Adobe Reader Upgrades

I have Acrobat Pro 9, mainly for the benefit of using the "extend features in Adobe Reader" option.

Since Adobe Reader gets frequent upgrades: will my version of Acrobat Pro 9, begin to have problems? Such as users not being able to sign documents in Adobe Reader? Thank you for your help.

Not unless you want to use something only added to Acrobat 10. Reader and Acrobat are always able to open files made in earlier versions. A huge number of people are still using Acrobat 8, and their documents open fine in the latest releases.
