whose genius idea was this? to ask to save the file on every document i close, without even clicking on the inside of the document or even touching the zoom tool?
and how can i turn this "wonderful" new feature off?

My Product Information:
Reader 10.0.1, Windows

We have also noticed this behavior after combining open files in Acrobat, and likewise find it quite annoying. Just trying to think what setting both might have that would cause this... do you have any Accessibility options turned on?

i'm actually not sure that the issue was present for all pdf files opened. i know for sure though that this happened with some pdf files that were generated on our company server. just recently i've found out that they were actually generated with errors. the pdf generator has been fixed now and the program stopped asking to save the files. the program has also been updated to the last version (10.1.0).

I am having the same issue. I work with .pdf documents all day and it happens with every single file I open. It is REALLY slowing me down having to close each file individually and tell Adobe I do not want to save. Has anyone found a solution?
